HXS-1000 series digital intelligent micro sclerometer

Ⅰ Use of instrument:
Test micro hardness of metal, alloy surface and metal interior structure; test hardness of small piece, thin piece, crispe hardware and plating that other methods can not measure. Micro hardness image processing can carry on multi-spot measuring with precise orientation in small distance or carry on deep test and analysis sclerous layer (nitrided layer, carburized layer, etc.) after surface treatment. Used in teaching, it makes student directly study and practice micro hardness test technology. This instrument can also be used as metallographic microscope to observe and screen micro organization of material, and test micro hardness of metallographic organization.
